The Internal Supervisory Unit (SPI) of the Madiun State Polytechnic (PNM) is a work unit formed to oversee the implementation of organizational duties and functions within the campus by reviewing, evaluating and monitoring various operational, financial aspects and compliance with statutory regulations. SPI PNM is tasked with assisting institutional leaders in controlling activities, securing assets and resources, and increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of institutional governance in order to realize good governance. In carrying out its functions, SPI PNM is directly responsible to the Director of the Madiun State Polytechnic and is based on Minister of National Education Regulation Number 47 of 2011 concerning Internal Supervision Units within the Ministry of National Education as well as the Decree on the formation of SPI at PNM. This unit not only provides recommendations for improvements, assists in reviewing reports, as well as monitoring follow-up results of internal and external inspections.
