History of Madiun State Polytechnic

Starting from the 2007/2008 academic year, the English language study program had to be closed due to the demands of academic requirements. While 4 (four) other study programs have succeeded in getting BAN-PT and 1 (one) study program are still in preparation. In 2012 the five study programs jointly submitted re-accreditation and succeeded in maintaining the BAN-PT accredited status.

• Decree of the Mayor of Madiun regarding the formation of a team to change the status of the Madiun Polytechnic to become the Madiun State Polytechnic.
• Changes in the status of the Madiun Polytechnic from the Trustees and Management of the Madiun City Higher Education Foundation (YPTP).
• The Madiun Mayor's ability to submit the assets attached to the Madiun Polytechnic and 10 (ten) hectares of land for development.
• Recommendations for the Madiun Polytechnic Polytechnic from Kopertis Region VII.
• Support for the Madiun Polytechnic Polytechnic from the Governor of East Java.
• Approval of the release of land rights of the assets of the city of Madiun City andsharingfunds from the Madiun City DPRD.

Madiun State Polytechnic is expected to be a center for development relevance for the Madiun and surrounding areas in the provision of professional human resources that are able to compete at the regional, national and international levels. The Madiun State Polytechnic Education Program is designed by emphasizingPractical Application On Industrial Technologyand competency based (Competency Base Education), especially in the field of engineering and obedience.
